Compounds of formula (I), wherein the substituents represent as indicated in the description, as well as the pharmaceutically compatible salts thereof, are obtained by reacting a compound of formula (II) with guanidine, wherein R(1) to R(5) have the meanings indicated, and L represents a labile group easily replaceable in a nucleophilic manner. The compounds of formula I are outstanding cardio-circulatory therapeutic agents.
