PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate alignment adjustment, to improve mechanical reliability, to make complicated working possible, to reduce production cost and to achieve maintenance free. SOLUTION: A backing main body 2 made of metal, which supports a door as an object to be welded for spot welding, is arranged, a contact receiving piece 3, which is made of a fine grain ceramic having <=2μm grain size subjected to super plastic forming in the temp. range to develop super plasticity, is arranged at the part on the backing main body 2 and is in contact with a door. The contact receiving piece 3 has an upward facing receiving face 4 on which a door is abutted, the upward facing face 4 of contact receiving piece 3 is formed in conformance with the shape of corresponding door contact face. |
