The present invention relates to a complex reflective polarizing film. More specifically, the present invention relates to a complex reflective polarizing film which minimizes an optical loss, has excellent reliability even in a module manufacturing process of a display or the like or in a using environment of high temperature and humidity while having excellent brightness, has an excellent exterior quality, and has significantly excellent color reproduction. The complex polarizing film comprises a light diffusion layer and a reliability support layer.
