A method for producing synthethic composite ceramic materials – hard alloy having ultrafine structure TI-B-N-C-Me includes mixing initial components, producing workpiece by preliminary compression and its heating up to given temperature with specified speed, synthesis in self-spreading high-temperature burning regime, and final compacting and cooling in air; at that, a charge consists of hexagonal nanostructural boron nitride, and one or more transition metals of group IV or alloys thereat specified ratio of componentry.
