PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for an interface for managing a virtual network interface object, and to provide a system which can include a resource instance and a network interface virtualization coordinator.SOLUTION: A coordinator creates an interface code which can include an IP address, subnet information and security characteristics in response to a record creation request. The coordinator enables traffic to flow to a resource instance with the IP address as an object in response to a request for attaching a record to the resource instance. The traffic to the IP address can be invalidated by the resource instance in response to a subsequent detach request. The same interface record can be attached to another resource instance in response to another attach request, and the traffic with the IP address as an object is enabled to flow to the second resource instance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
