ACID CITRIC SOLUTION FOR HAEMODIALYSIS

Novelty: an acid citric solution for haemodialysis is disclosed. Composition: anhydrous citric acid replacing the acetic acid existing in the so-far haemodialysis solutions, sodium acetate trihydrate as acidity regulator for avoiding the excessive alcalosis of the haemodialysis solution when the artificial kidney machine is combined with a cartridge or sack of sodium hydrogen carbonate. Advantage: the anhydrous citric acid has anticoagulation properties so that the dose of the heparin used in haemodyalisis can be significantly reduced or nullified.
