Disclosed are a system and method for displaying customer customized elevator information. The system comprises: an elevator control-receiving unit, containing inherent elevator information and used to receive an operating state of the elevator; a customer information customizing unit, used to create, upload and download a mapping information table on the basis of the inherent elevator information and customer customized information; a signal mixing and mapping unit, used for analyzing the inherent elevator information, converting the inherent elevator information into the customer customized information on the basis of the mapping information table, and storing the mapping information table; an information display unit, used to display the customer customized information; and a sound playing unit, used to play the customer customized information. The system and method satisfies the customer requirement of individual customization, improves elevator usage efficiency of a customer, and reduces manufacturer customization labor. |
