Disclosed are a data acquisition method, apparatus and system. The method comprises: receiving identification information sent by a terminal device; sending, according to the identification information, an authentication request to an authentication server that pre-establishes a communication connection, the authentication request being used for determining whether to accept access of the terminal device to a current network; if the authentication result is yes, receiving preference data corresponding to the identification information that is sent by a big data server; generating a data request according to the preference data, the data request comprising at least one of the identification information of the terminal device and identification information of a base station; sending the data request to a content server, the data request being used for acquiring network media data corresponding to the preference data; receiving the network media data returned by the content server according to the data request; and caching the network media data. The present invention solves the problem that communication efficiency is reduced because much time is consumed during the process of a mobile communication service. |
