摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to use a fluid device in a desired operation mode while suppressing reduction in usability of the user in the fluid device which is configured so that the operation mode can be switched by operating the same single switch.SOLUTION: A control circuit 40 switches an operation mode between a high mode (high-speed rotation) and a low mode (low-speed rotation) alternatively when a drive switch 11 is operated. When the drive switch 11 is operated continuously for an operation specified time or longer, the operation mode is switched to a high-power mode (ultrahigh-speed rotation). After switching to the high-power mode, if the operation of the drive switch 11 is released, a predetermined recovery condition is waited to be satisfied while maintaining the high-power mode. When the recovery condition is satisfied, the operation mode is switched to the original operation mode before being switched to the high-power mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
