PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly durable rotation support structure for a rod, an attachment for a wheelchair, and a medical facility system, which can position the rod at a predetermined position.SOLUTION: A rotation support structure for a rod includes: a support part 1140 provided to a base; a rotational part 1340 provided on the rod on a side opposite to the support part 1140; a shaft extending in a direction of an axis line O, rotatably supporting the rotational part 1340 about the axis line O, and connecting the rotational part 1340 and the support part 1140; first engagement parts 1161, 1162, 1163, 1164 provided to the support part 1140; and second engagement parts 1351, 1352 provided to the rotational part 1340 and engageable with the first engagement parts 1161, 1162, 1163, 1164 at a position rotated about the axis line O.
