PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker which is equipped with a non-crystallized glass top plate and has high detection accuracy of temperature of a cooking pot.SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker comprises: a top plate; infrared detection means provided under a heating coil, for detecting infrared radiated from a bottom of a cooking container; a light guide tube provided on a support part of the heating coil, for blocking infrared radiated from the heating coil and guiding infrared radiated from the bottom of the cooking container to the infrared detection means; and an infrared sensor arranged under the light guide tube, for outputting DC voltage proportional to an amount of the infrared radiation radiated from the bottom of the cooking container. The induction heating cooker further comprises: pot temperature detection means composed of a first DC amplifier for DC amplifying an output of the infrared sensor and a second DC amplifier for D amplifying an output of the first DC amplifier, in which either of the output of the first DC amplifier or an output of the second DC amplifier is selected to achieve detection of the pot temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
