<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the operational burden of an operator by calculating the distance from the reference position of an object to the position of a viewpoint and controlling the correspondent relation between the manipulated variable of a manipulating means and the change amount of the sightpoint position and sight line direction corresponding to this distance. SOLUTION: In sightpoint ground surface height calculating processing (S102), the highest elevation among the elevations of a triangular polygon is defined as the height of the ground surface (the reference position) and the difference between the height of the sightpoint position and the height of the ground surface is calculated as the sightpoint/ground surface height. Next in projecting object distance calculating processing (S103), concerning the buildings consisting of a town within the range of visual field displayed at present, the distances from the current sightpoint position are calculated and the closest value of those distances is found as a projecting object distance. In change amount calculating processing (S104), the change amount of an image is found from the calculated value and the manipulated variable. Next in sightpoint/sight line changing processing (S105), the sightpoint position or the sight line direction is changed based on the change amount.</p> |
