The buoy is anchored to the sea bed and has provision for typing up to a ship. It can be rotated and incorporates a flexible pipe line which can be fed into the ship at one end and can be connected to a pipe on the sea bed at the other end. The flexible pipe which is underwater incorporates adjustable buoyancy floats which hold the pipe in a semi-vertical, double bend position.
