As drying air is circulating in a washing tub(20), the electric power is transferred to an electric magnet(74) to move a movable axle(76) upward. The force of the electric magnet moving the movable axle upward prevails over the force of a spring(78) fixed at the movable axle. The movable axle moves upward against the force of the spring(78) to meet a rotating plate(70) which moves to a gear mechanism(24) and connect itself with a 2nd rotating pulley(81b).
