1415816 Laminates FERRANTI Ltd 8 March 1974 [12 March 1973] 10628/74 Heading B5N [Also in Divisions G4-G6] Magnetically rotatable sign elements 26 are manufactured in the following steps: (i) Holes 14 are punched in a non-magnetic base tape 10; (ii) A self-adhesive tape 18 with a coloured outer surface is pressed against the underside of tape 10; (iii) Magnets [20 are dropped into holes 14; (iv) The filled holes are covered by a further self-adhesive tape 22 with a differently coloured outer surface; and (v) The elements 26 are punched from the tape 10. Tape 10 may be of plastics or metallic foil.
