PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record data of plural slips in a single ledger without designing the ledger by providing a slip constitution table managing the slips to be the preparing source of the ledger by every slip and a ledger format table controlling the format of the ledger. SOLUTION: An old-fashioned account book as an idea (how to present a ledger to an operator) 1 stores the slip 2 to be used for data processing by making plural forms coexist, and unitary-manages data from the ledger storing the slips of plural different forms for processing 3, such as retrieving. In this case the method is provided with a ledger information storing table 4 storing information of the ledger to be used for data processing, a ledger format table 5 managing the format of the ledger, a slip constitution table 6 managing slips to be the preparing source of the ledger and an arithmetic expression table 7 describing data processing in storing slip data in the ledger. Thereby data of the plural slips is recorded in the single ledger without designing the ledger so that the old ledger is easily expanded though the addition, the deletion, and the change of a slip form are generated. |
