1486403 Interlock switch mechanism for a telephone subset STANDARD TELEPHONES & CABLES Ltd 30 March 1976 12720/76 Heading H4J A programme store slide switch 14 for a subset having repertory coil making facilities has a bar 15 with a hooked end 19 mounted on the slider 16, the hooked end 19 engaging a recess 18 on the cradle base 12 of the hook switch 11 when the slide switch is operated to its programme or store position for insertion of a number into the repertory, and the sub-set is in the on hook condition so that the slide switch 14 remains operated and the sub-set remains in its on-hook condition when the hand set (not shown) is lifted. On replacement of the hand set at the end of a programming operation spring 17 returns the slide switch in its standby position. When the hand set is lifted slide switch 14 is prevented from operating by cradle base 12 (Fig. la, not shown). |
