PURPOSE:To improve the catching efficiency by employing non cristalline metal as the matrix for high magnetic grade separator. CONSTITUTION:Inside a non-magnetic receptacle 1 placed inside an air-core coil 5, one or more than two sorts of B, C, PAl will be charged more than 5 - 30 atom % and also a ribbon, a filament or a chip 4 of the metal consisting of one or more than two sorts of the remaining Fe, Co, Ni and Cr will be placed. By doing so, the direct current is present in the coil 5 for generating the magnetic field. When slurry is fed from a slurry intake 2 to the non-magnetic receptacle 1, the magnetic material inside the slurry is well adsorped to the chip, etc. 4. Therefore, even in the case of the corrosive slurry the magnetic material contained therein can be efficiently caught. |
