FIELD: municipal vehicles. SUBSTANCE: proposed lifting-and-tipping device 1 can be used for emptying bins with different grips without additional re-equipment which requires considerable expenses. Lifting-and-tipping device 1 has gripping strip 7 and housing 11 with triangular grip 12. Gripping strip 7 is secured on lifting frame for turning around horizontal axle 9 from nonworking position R into gripping position A and back.
