In order to simplify the production, without adversely affecting reliability, the shaft (4) is initially centred within the magnet ring (2) by means of an ancillary device. The space between the shaft (4) and the magnet ring (2) is then at least partially filled with hard foam so that a connecting element (3) is produced between these two components. The connecting element preferably consists integrally of a hub (5), a central disc (6) and a rim (7).
