FIELD: optico-mechanical industry, image holography. SUBSTANCE: process of manufacture of metal copies of diffraction gratings and holograms-matrices can find use as version of making of copies in optico-mechanical industry. Accuracy of manufacture of copies is improved as there is no separating layer during manufacture of first copy and as copper oxide is used as separating layer during manufacture of subsequent copies. EFFECT: simplification of manufacturing process, improved accuracy of manufactured copies. |
