PURPOSE:To increase the capacity and life of storage battery without increasing floor space for housing box by forming a group storage battery by housing single cells whose height is made greater and the other single cells whose width is made greater. CONSTITUTION:A high-voltage group storage battery is formed by combining the group storage battery 3A with the housing box 4A into which the single cell 2A is housed and the group storage battery 3B with the housing box 4B into which the single cell 2B is housed. The single cell 2A is made longer longitudinally than the conventional single cells and also the single cell 2B is made wider transversely than the conventional single cells in order to increase the capacity and life of both the single cells. |
