FIELD: food-processing equipment. SUBSTANCE: meat mincer has O-shaped slotted cylinder with driving auger and driven auger provided with knife. Augers are interconnected by threaded pair of leading beads. First coil of each auger is provided with small sharpened saw-shaped teeth facilitating capturing of meat from hole. Secondary meat cutting is enabled by O-shaped perforated grid with knife-shaped openings having reversed angle of taper. When handle is rotated clockwise, augers are rotated in counter-currency to provide for improved capture, intensified displacement, pressing out and double cutting of product to be processed. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. |
