PURPOSE:To achieve a gamma compensation circuit easy for making an integrated circuit, by a means executing desired gamma compensation only with setting of resistance value to a constant current source. CONSTITUTION:Complementary TRs 13 and 14 are provided at the emitter of TRs 11 and 12 constituting current mirror. A TR17 of diode constitution is provided between the emitters of the TRs 11 and 13. A TR19 is provided between the emitters of the TRs 12 and 14, and the collector, base and the emitter, base of the TR19 are connected with resistors 21 and 20. A DC voltage Vcc is connected to the base of the TR13 and the 1st constant current source 22 is connected between the base and ground. The DC power supply Vcc is connected to the base of the TR14 via a TR25, and the 2nd constant current source 23 is connected between the base and ground. Between the collector and base and the emitter and base of the TR25 are connected respectively with resistors 27 and 26. With this constitution, desired gamma compensation is made to a circuit, by suitably setting the values of the resistors 21, 20, 27 and 26. |
