PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a speaker by reducing the weight of a diaphragm for the speaker by forming the diaphagm with sandwich constitution by sticking skin materials to both sides of a core material and by forming a boron layer on at least one side. CONSTITUTION:A ribbon-like core mterial 1 made of aluminum alloy is folded in a radial shape at the external circumferential part and center part of a diaphragm, and skin materials 2 are adhered to both the sides of the core material 1, thus forming the speaker diaphragm with sandwich structure. On one or both of sides of a composite film 3 on the skin material of the diaphragm, boron layers 4 are formed by high-frequency ion plating, etc. As the comsposite film 3 on the skin material 2, a composite film of mica and epoxy resin or film of natural mica is formed to reduce the weight of the diaphragm, thereby improving the efficiency of a speaker. |
