PURPOSE:To make it possible to use the device immediately after a power source is turned ON, in the recording device wherein ink particles are jetted by pressure imparted by a piezoelectric element, by controlling the time length of a voltage which is applied on the piezoelectric element by the ambient temperature. CONSTITUTION:The driving time of a driving circuit for the piezoelectric element Zc is controlled by a temperature pulse transducing circuit A which is arranged at the input terminal of a switching transistor Q1. In the circuit A, the temperature of the ink jet recording element part is detected by a temperature detecting element 65, and transduced into frequency in a temperature frequency transducing part. The result is supplied to a frequency pulse converter comprising a flip flop circuit, down counter, and the like. When the detected temperature is high, the oscillated frequency is high, the ink part is not required to be heated, the device can be used immediately after the power source is turned ON, and the dispersion of the particle formation between the nozzles can be reduced. |
