FIELD: ceramic industry. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manufacturing household faience and china and small-size sculpture. Novelty consists in that invention allows manufacturing articles from solid rock without supplementing it with other raw materials: clay, kaolin, feldspar, quartz, etc., that is, makes it possible to give up multiple-component mass conventionally used in production of ceramic objects. In the method of invention, dacite porphyry is treated in solution containing Thiobacillux ferrooxidants with solid to liquid phase ratio 1:1 and concentration 1000.0-321.5 ml/l. Disintegration of dacite porphyry on ball mill is conducted in water alkalized to pH 7-8 with potassium hydroxide. EFFECT: two times reduced treatment time and power consumption. |
