PURPOSE:To recover juice sacs of orange, in high efficiency, from a mixture of the juice sacs and refuse such as strings, etc., by dipping the running membrane such as cloth, plastic sheet, etc. in a water sidpersion of the mixture. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of juice sacs and the refuse such as strings, etc. generated from the preparation process of the juice sacs of orange, is charged into the water in the stock tank 1, and forcibly dispersed using a stirring means 4. The dispersion is sent to the deposition tank 5 by the pump 6. The membrane 10 such as paper, cloth, plastic sheet, etc. attached to a conveyor chain 11 with the suspending joint 12 is lowered into the deposition tank 5 from the upper front part of the tank by driving the conveyor chain 11. The membrane 10 attaches only the orange sacs to its surface in the course of passing through the dispersion, moves above the guide plate 14 and reaches above the recovering part 13, when the membrane 10 is lowered to approach to the recovering part 13 and the attached juice sacs are released by a separation means 17 and recovered. |
