PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for solid oxide fuel cell which can generate a stable output. SOLUTION: Ni powder, YSZ powder, and a pore forming agent are mixed. An obtained mixture is formed to a predetermined shape. The obtained form structure is baked so that a first porous sintered body 1 consisting of NiO-YSZ composite can be obtained. The porous sinter structure 1 is baked under the carbon existence to reduce the NiO of the sintered body 1 to Ni so that a second porous sinter structure 2 consisting of Ni-YSZ cermet can be obtained. The porous sinter structure 2 is made to be a fuel pole and a solid electrolyte film 3 is formed thereon, and also a third porous sinter layer 4 consisting of a metal oxide as an oxygen pole is formed on the solid electrolyte film 3. The baking in which the NiO of the porous sintered body 1 is reduced to Ni is performed by heating the porous sintered body 1 from a room temperature to a range of 800 to 1,200 degrees C. The baking is such that the cooling down operation is performed immediately after the temperature is raised to the above- mentioned temperature range or after the temperature is retained in the temperature range for 0.1 to 10 hours the cooling down operation is carried out. The baking is performed under an inactive atmosphere. |
