<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a capacity-type D/A converter which has excellent linearity and high accuracy by providing a capacity array which applies the correction voltage and a memory which controls the capacity array. CONSTITUTION:A D/A converter is provided with a sampling circuit 100, the 1st variable capacity voltage dividing circuit 101, a variable resistance voltage dividing circuit 102, a control circuit 103, switch circuits SW104 and SW106, a timing generating circuit 107, the 2nd variable capacity voltage dividing circuit 108, SW104 and SW109, a program ROM110 and a coupling capacitor 124. The circuit 100 consists of a buffer amplifier 111 of a high input impedance, a sampling capacity 112 which holds a sampling signal and an SW113 which samples signals for a prescribed period with a control signal. The ROM110 stores the data which corrects the error voltage of the output voltage produced when only the circuit 101 is used, and the circuit 108 is controlled with the data stored in the ROM110. Then the correction voltage is applied to the circuit 101 to obtain the correct D/A conversion value.</p> |
