The invention is a sun protection screen which is light in weight and is easy to mount. Consisting of pressure-impregnated wooden slats which run parallel to the building front and which, by means of a bore (3), are pushed on to at least two support arms (2) arranged parallel to one another and are fastened to the building above windows, doors or other openings by means of the support arms.
