Impeller arrangement for circulating the material in a vat

An impeller for circulating the contents of a vat has walls which form a charging chamber which is radially closed off in relation to the rotating spindle of the impeller except for at least one outlet aperture and has an inlet aperture situated on the end face axially opposite the impeller. The walls extend at least up to the wall of the vat and there enclose the impeller with a diameter which is somewhat greater than the outside diameter of the said impeller. Furthermore, the outlet aperture of the charging chamber is situated close to the impeller or in the radial extension of the latter.
