The subject of the present invention is a solenoid valve of the all-or-nothing type comprising a core plunger 14, which is hydraulically balanced and suitable, in one of its positions, for providing closure of an outlet orifice arranged axially, a spring 17 tending to bring the core to its closed position. According to the invention this solenoid valve comprises an intermediate flap 8 hydraulically balanced in the open position, which is arranged between the core plunger 14 and the outlet orifice 5 and comprises a calibrated hole 13, arranged axially and capable of being plugged by the plunger 14, a second spring 11 whose load is less than that of the first 17, tending to move the flap 8 away from the orifice. <IMAGE>
