PURPOSE:To reduce leakage flux sufficiently by molding and magnetizing a plastic magnet in which the inside of plastics is filled with the powder or granules of a ferromagnetic material and a magnetically soft material. CONSTITUTION:A plastic magnet 5 is manufactured by filling the inside of plastics 8 such as a polyamide resin with the ferromagnetic material powder 6 of barium, strontium or the like as a ferromagnetic material and the magnetically soft material powder or granules 7 of manganese zinc ferrite, a permalloy, pure iron or the like as a magnetically soft material and molding and magnetizing the ferromagnetic material powder 6 and the soft magnetic material powder or granules 7. Accordingly, the leakage flux 9 of the ferromangetic material powder 6 is absorbed approximately to adjacent magnetically soft material powder 7, thus remarkably reducing magnetic flux leaking to the out-side.
