PURPOSE:To obtain an examination body capable of detecting glucose, protein and pH simply, rapidly and simultaneously, by providing not only an examination region capable of detecting glucose in the humor, especially, in urine but also a region capable of detecting either one of or both of protein and pH. CONSTITUTION:This examination body is prepared so as to provide a region (a) coated with a glucose detecting ink composition prepared by dissolving or dispersing a reagent composition consisting of glucose oxidase, peroxidase, an oxidizable indicator, a sensitivity controller, a stabilizer, a pH buffer, a binder and a water absorbable powder in a non-aqueous solvent and at least one of a region (b) coated with a protein detecting ink composition prepared by dissolving or dispersing a reagent composition consisting of a protein error showing indicator, a pH buffer, a protein adsorbable ion exchange body, a shape holder, a binder and a water absorbable powder in a solvent and a region (c) coated with a pH measuring ink composition prepared by dissolving or dispersing a reagent composition consisting of pH indicator, a quaternary ammonium salt or amine, a basic substance, a binder and a water absorbable powder in a solvent on a support.
