PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and miniaturize an equipment and improve the processing effect by sharing a signal transmitter-receiver among plural data terminals to make the number of signal transmitter-receivers smaller than that of node equipments and distributing and arranging them in plural optional node equipments. CONSTITUTION:Signal transmitter-receivers 2 are shared and are assigned to terminals 3 on demand and are distributed and installed in plural node equipments 1. Assignment and release of signal transmitter-receivers are collectively managed by a master node 1. An idle signal transmitter-receiver is hunted when a certain terminal originates a call. A line is set between the originating terminal and the signal transmitter-receiver, and a destination selecting signal is received. A line is set between the selected destination terminal and the signal transmitter-receiver, and the destination terminal is called. When the destination terminal responds, a line is set between both terminals and the signal transmitterreceiver is released. The number of signal transmitterreceivers is smaller than that of terminals, and the load is properly distributed to respective signal transmitterreceivers because signal transmitter-receivers to be shared are distributed and installed in plural node equipment.
