发明名称 METHOD FOR MELTING HIGH ALLOY STEEL
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To economically produce stainless series high alloy steel by charging scrap, ore, ferro alloy, etc., together with carbonic material into molten base metal in a smelting reduction furnace, reduction-blowing and shifting the molten carbon saturated metal into a decarbonizing refining furnace to execute the decarbonizing-refining. CONSTITUTION:The stainless series high alloy steel is produced by using at least two sets of the smelting reduction furnace 4 and the decarbonizing refining furnace 12. In the one side of the smelting reduction furnace 4, the scrap, iron ore, chromium ore, ferro alloy, etc., 1 together with the coke 2 are charged into the molten base metal 6 remaining in the previous heat and is blown with oxidizing gas of O2, etc. By this method, while supplying carbon source for holding the saturated carbon concn., the smelting reduction is executed. After that, a part 9 of the base metal 6 having >=5wt.% C is tapped into a molten iron receiving ladle 8 and further slag 7 is removed. Successively, the above molten base metal 9 is received into the other decarbonizing refining furnace 12, to execute decarbonizing-refining by using oxidizing gas and inert gas of O2+N2, etc. The molten high alloy steel 11 obtd. with this is tapped into a molten steel receiving ladle 10. By this method, the smelting reduction by using the raw material with low cost and without using any electric power is executed and the high alloy steel is produced at low cost.</p>
