<p>NEW MATERIAL:A nucleus-substituted cinnamoylanthranilate shown by formula I (Rl and R2 may be the same or different and hydroxyl group or 1-3C alkoxy, respectively ; n is 4 or 5). EXAMPLE:Piperidinium N-(3,4-dimethoxycinnamoyl)antharnilate. USE:Useful as an intermediate for synthesizing N-(3,4-dimethoxycinnamoyl) anthanilic acid useful for a drug capable of treating diseases caused by allergies and a series of derivatives thereof. PREPARATION:A compound shown by formula II is reacted with 2- carboxymalonanilic acid shown by formula III and an equimolar amount of a cyclic amine shown by formula IV in an inert organic solvent such as benzene preferably by equipping a dehydrator to give a compound shown by formula I.</p> |
