CONSTITUTION:The title device is constituted of a managing means 1 for information other than the comparison object, a collation file compression means 2, a file 10 for information other than the comparison object, a display and input device 20, a printer 30, the collation file 40, and a compression file 50. And by compressing a part required for the comparison in the collation file 40 by a recording unit and a character string unit based on the information other than the comparison object prepared in advance and storing it in the file 50, the comparison is performed by using a compressed file 50 at the time of collating the files.
