PURPOSE:To improve performance and weldability of a weldable coated stainless steel plate as an armored building material by coating the surface of an austenite SUS plate having a specific composition and surface specifications with a chromate film containing emulsion organic resin, an epoxy resin film, an organic resin coated film containing specific SUS powder. CONSTITUTION:The surface of an austenite SUS plate having a composition containing by wt.% one or more elements selected from 0.005 to 0.08% of C, 0.001 to 0.15% N, 0.01 to 1.0% Si, 0.01 to 2.0 of Mn, 16.0 to 20.0 of Cr, 8.0 to 15.0 of Ni, and further as required 0.01 to 3.0 of Mn, 0.01 to 1.0 of Cu, Ti, Nb, and the balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities, and its surface specification of No. 2D finishing is coated with a coated base film of coating type chromate solution containing emulsified organic resin, a primary coated film of epoxy resin paint, a finally coated film of organic resin paint containing SUS powder. The SUS powder contains 25 to 5mum of mean particle size and 50wt.% of particles, and mixed at volumetric ratio of 4-11 of paint/SUS powder. |
