PURPOSE:To reduce power loss for preventing deformation and deterioration in accuracy of parts due to heat generation by enclosing gas having density less than air into a housing. CONSTITUTION:A fixed member 20 and a rotary members 30 are housed in a housing 10 formed in airtight with a side wall 11, a cover 12 and a base bed 13, and gas in less density than air such as helium or hydrogen is enclosed. Fluid resistance of the rotary members 30 at the time of rotation becomes less accordingly, and it is possible to lessen power loss, to reduce heat generation for preventing deformation and deterioration in accuracy of parts. |
