PURPOSE:To continuously extrude parison by a constitution wherein molds are constituted laterally shiftable and at the same time the inner mold is constituted vertically movable. CONSTITUTION:Under the conditions that an inner mold 10 and outer molds 20 are positioned just below an extruder die 2 and at the same time the outer molds 20 are under opened state by means of a mold clamping hydraulic cylinder 30, a parison P is inserted from the extruder die 2 in the inner mold 10. When the parison P is extruded far beyond the bottom of the inner mold 10, the outer molds 20 are clamped together by means of the cylinder 30. Next, the inner mold 10 and the outer molds 20 are shifted to a blowing device 4 by means of a cylinder 35 so as to be located just below a blowing nozzle 3. After that, the nozzle 3 is pushed in the upper end of the cut-off parison P so as to blow gas such as air or the like in the inner and outer molds in order to form a hollow formed item 1. When the formed item 1 cools down, the nozzle 3 is lifted and the outer molds 20 are opened so as to take the formed item 1 out of the inner mold 10. |
