PURPOSE:To contrive sufficient fitting and adhesion between a fastener member and the rear of the skin of a sheet, by a method where a molded body is molded under a state where a groove part formed in the fastener member is fitted over a banklike protrusion of a mold. CONSTITUTION:A surface fastener 3 and a frame body 4 are prepared respective ly, the surface fastener 3 is fitted to a perforated part 8 of the center of the frame body 4, the fringe part 6 of the surface fastener 3 and the fringe part 6 of the perforated part 8 are piled upon each other, which are unified through high-frequency welding or ultrasonic welding and a fastener member 2 having a groove part 9 in the fringe part is obtained. The groove part 9 of the fastener member 2 is fitted over a banklike protrusion 12. A foam urethane stock resin is poured into a spatial part 11 of a mold and a cushioning body 1 is molded. A sheet is manufactured by covering the skin having a fiber layer on the rear over the cushioning body 1, a fitting element 5 of the fastener member 2 is fitted in a looplike fitting member provided on the rear of the cushioning body 1 and the fastener member 2 and the rear of the sheet are stuck close to each other for fixing. |
