Treatment of wound healing disorders - with tumour necrosis factor or lymphotoxin
摘要
Tumour necrosis factor (TNF), lymphotoxin (LT) and their muteins are used to prepare medicaments for treating wound healing disorders. The cpds are administered subcutaneously, intracutaneously, intravenously or topically. The daily dose is 1-500 (esp 5-250) mcg per m2 of body surface area, given on 3-5 consecutive days. USE/ADVANTAGE - The treatment may be applied in cases of impaired granulation tissue formulation (eg in cases of collagenosis) and poorly healing ulcers and wounds.
