The exercise machine for the arm muscles consists of a bar (7) which is pressed against the force of a spring pulley. The appliance is mounted on an angled base plate (1). Several springs (6) can be separately, and corporately tightened and slackened by tension pieces (2-5) consisting of square-headed bolts and wing-nuts against the angle of the base-plate. USE/ADVANTAGE - The exercise machine is for training for arm-pressing competitions.
