<p>The system was a decision point designator exclusively for designating a decision piont (Pd) at its corresponding coordinate position in a coordinate region of image pattern reproduction in divisional coordinate regions. This action occurs when an extracted decision point, based on region decision data obtained by region decision means, is located in a region of a first kind. The system exclusively designates a decision point, at the scan starting point of a coordinate region of image pattern reproduction, when the extracted decision point (Pd) is located in a region of the second kind, and designates no decision piont when the extracted decision point is located in a region of the third kind.
