SUBSTANCE: hydraulic press control system includes hydraulic distributors of power hydraulic cylinders, drive unit of program carriers with toothed rack on its rod, metering device with hydraulic distributor controlled by its rod in hydraulic line connecting hydraulic distributors of power cylinders with drive unit of program carriers, additional safety and non-return valves, distributing shaft with cams controlling hydraulic distributors of power cylinders and joined with said toothed rack of program carriers and through said non-return valve with control hydraulic distributor of metering device. Said hydraulic distributor is four-way one for connection with both cavities of metering device and with hydraulic distributors of power hydraulic cylinders. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and simplification of control system. |
