PURPOSE:To provide a reed device for weaving machine for woven slide fastener capable of correcting the mounting posture of fastener element formed without giving deformation or damage to the formed rod part of mandrel. CONSTITUTION:In a device for woven slide fastener weaving machine composed of reed 20 for the conventional construction of a fastener tape 1 and the fastener element mounting posture controlling auxiliary reed 25, the auxiliary reed 25 is disposed between one edge of warp lines 2 of fell 11 of the faster tape and the formed rod part 15 of mandrel 14 for forming the fastener element 5 is a manner to perform reed application and the reed application is carried out alternately with respect to that for the conventional construction of the fastener tape 1.
