PURPOSE:To prevent a glass plate with which a metal mold is made in contact from being damaged and also the glass plate from being cracked due to resin pressure by forming a film layer on the inner periphery than adhesive layer on a plate body and positioning the plate body between metal molds through the film layer. CONSTITUTION:A coating means 8 for coating adhesive is mounted at the top of a coating robot 1, and an adhesive layer 4 is provided on a plate body 3 taking care so that the plate body 3 is not made in contact with the coating means 8. Then a coating means 9 for film forming material coating installed at the top of the coating robot 1 is turned on the inner periphery than the adhesive coating layer 4, and a film forming material is coated to form a film layer 5. The plate body 3 is positioned between metal molds through the film layer 5 to form a resin mold integrally. Thus, damage on the glass plate with which the metal mold is made in contact and crack of the glass plate due to resin pressure that may be caused when the resin molding is formed by positioning glass plate between the metal molds can be prevented. |
