PURPOSE:To provide a manufacture of laminated cushions for a seat or the like capable of reducing the number of a manufacturing process, saving man- hours and having excellent workmanship. CONSTITUTION:The method is featured such that a plurality of pad materials 21A, 21B, 22A, 22B, 23A, 23B consisting of fibrous quality containing thermal fusional binders and being compounded to permit the cushioning properties to be different are placed on the molding surface of a lower mold in a specified laminating condition and, after that, the molding surface 12 of an upper mold 11 is superimposed thereon and heat-compression is effected to mold them integral with each other, thereby obtaining a cushion in which a plurality of pad materials 21A, 21B, 22A, 22B, 23A, 23B having different cushioning properties are lamination-bonded. Among respective pad materials 21A, 21B, 22A, 22B, 23A, 23B to be laminatingly displaced on the molding surface of the lower mold 1, hot melt films are interposed which can be melted during the heat- compression period. |
